Integrity as the Foundation of Leadership
On February 8, VMA will host a workshop featuring Dr. Jonathan Roberts, focused on our theme of “Leading with Integrity.” An experienced educator and the founder and director of South Shore Piano School, Dr. Roberts brings a values-driven perspective on leadership in music education and program growth. He will join VMA Director, Jonathan, and members of the Leadership Initiative in sharing insights as we prepare to attend the MTNA Conference in Chicago with colleagues from across the country, offering thoughtful guidance on educator engagement and entrepreneurial outreach.
Virtual workshops are open to middle school and high school Junior Program members and is a great opportunity for new member orientation. This workshop will highlight the vital role educators and students play in advancing the VMA mission and fostering integrity-centered pathways for communities.
