Violinist Felix Wang Shares Music and Joy in the Community

Felix Wang performs on Thanksgiving at Care One, Sharon MA

Felix Bai Wang is an accomplished young violinist from Sharon, MA whose musical journey began at age four. A longtime member of the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra, Felix has served as concertmaster and led performances of major works including Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade. He is an award-winning soloist, earning top prizes in national and international competitions, and has performed at renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Musikverein in Vienna, and Beethoven’s House in Bonn.

Currently commuting weekly to New York as a Juilliard pre-college student, Felix balances rigorous musical training with a deep commitment to service. He serves as a VMA State Senator for Massachusetts, helping represent and inspire fellow student musicians across the state through leadership and outreach.

His Thanksgiving Day performance at Care One in Sharon reflects Felix’s belief that music belongs in the community—not just on the concert stage. As he heads into his senior year, we look forward to big things ahead as Felix continues to grow as both an artist and a compassionate leader.
