ROCA’s mission is to create opportunities that will engage the community to experience art, music, dance, film, community theater, and cultural events with an emphasis on music, visual, and performing arts education for everyone. They strive to create inclusive, holistic, and life-giving programming that fosters a sense of belonging to facilitate social cohesion.
