Need an accompanist?

Thank you to families who are volunteering to hire an accompanist. We can’t do it alone, and we rely on the generous support of our members to keep these concerts free and accessible to young musicians.

The VMA hosts our flagship Boston area concerts to introduce kids of all ages to outreach with the hope they will eventually do the same in their own community.

If you’re new to the VMA, we’re growing a national grassroots Junior Program organization to give everyone orchestra seats. In about three years, we’ve come pretty darn far because families, student members, partnering educational institutions, and government agencies believe in the good we’re doing.

Everyone can fundraise or donate to the mission to support welcome packages to new members or educators anywhere in the country; we even have dual impact fundraising service initiatives organized by students, supporting music programs like Street Symphony on LA’s Skid Row. Let’s continue being their role models. Thank you.
